 Step 1: Inquiry & Quotation

• We coordinate with our verified local suppliers to provide a competitive quotation, including price, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and estimated delivery time.

Step 2: Order Confirmation

• Once the customer approves the quote, we finalize the order with the supplier.
• A proforma invoice (PI) is issued, outlining payment terms and delivery details.

 Accepted Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
•  Letter of Credit (L/C) for bulk orders
• Other secure payment options as per agreement

Payment Terms:

• An advance payment is required to secure the order.
• The remaining balance is paid before shipment or as per agreed terms.

 Packaging & Handling

• Our local suppliers handle all packaging according to international shipping standards.
• We ensure that packaging is secure, durable, and suitable for transport.

Quality Assurance

• We work with reliable suppliers who maintain high product quality.
• If required, third-party inspections can be arranged before shipping.
• We provide NABL ( National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories)  reports if needed.

 Shipping Methods

• Air Freight – Faster delivery for urgent shipments.

Export Documentation
We provide all necessary export documents, including:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading/Airway Bill
• Certificate of Origin (if required)
